About us
Empowering youth and families with innovative mental health solutions.
Who we are
Many young people struggle to communicate their thoughts and emotions with their guardians, and often guardians face challenges in connecting with their young people. This communication gap can make it especially difficult to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
I experienced this firsthand. I've battled depression since the age of 12 and have been in therapy since I was 8, yet I often found it hard to express my feelings — especially to my parents. Through research with friends and mental health professionals, I realised just how widespread the issue is.
That's why I founded Tomorrow's Hope in June 2023 — to bridge this gap and create a tool to act as the first point of contact, making communication easier. In December 2023, my good friend Michael joined me as Co-Founder after we recognised our shared experiences, passions, and commitment to making this resource accessible to everyone.
Our mission
Empower young people to take the first step in their mental health journey by providing a safe, accessible, and supportive space for open conversations.
We help young people process their emotions, build confidence in expressing themselves, and develop the conversation skills they need to engage with parents, guardians, or mental health professionals.
Our vision
We envision a world where mental health is prioritised and talked about without stigma — where every young person has access to the tools they need to thrive, and parents, guardians, and carers have the resources to support them.
Through collaboration, education, and technology, we aim to create a lasting impact on youth mental health care.
